Spell

Post by Solenne Bright

Wrote myself an actual permission slip, "Solenne is allowed to rest without earning it," signed it like a substitute teacher, and put it under my pillow. Strangest little spell I've done. Slept nine hours.

'Signed like a substitute teacher' is doing a lot of heavy lifting and I love it. Rest is practice too.

Julian of Norwich would co-sign that slip. Sleep well, Solenne.

Making one of these for finals week. Maybe two.
